How do I make an order?


Simply fill up the Order Form "Here", and click "Submit Form".


Do you accept phone orders?


Phone service is currently unavailable.


Can I make an order if I am not from Singapore?


International orders are currently unavailable.


How is payment done?

  • ATM Transfers for the following banks are accepted [POSB / DBS].
  • Cash Deposit for the following banks are accepted   [POSB / DBS].
  • Cash On Delivery is only available for meet up collection, there will be an additional $10
    service charge. [NOT RECOMMENDED]

Is my personal information secure?


The information you provide to us will remain confidential and will only be used for mailing and contacting.


How long does the items take to reach me?


For In-stock items, it will be mail out to you once full payment received. It should takes about 2-3 days.


For Pre-order items, please send us an E-mail and we will let you know the duration. As different items are from different supplier, the shipping duration will be different.


How safe is the mailing? What if they got lost?



Normal postage is pretty safe, but it will be harder to find your mail once it gets lost. Registered postage would be recommended if you're making large purchases or need it urgently.
Registered postage costs an extra $3, where your parcel is then given a tracking code by Singpost which you can check online for its status. Registered parcels will be delivered to your doorstep, and you can request for a re-delivery if you were not at home to collect it.


Besides mailing, are there any other options for collection?


Yes. Meet up collection is available, but there will be an additional $10 service charge. Also, buyer has to meet at my convenience and therefore, meet up collection is not recommended.


Do regular customers have discount?

No discount will be given as everyone will be treated equally. Despite you being a regular customer. However, special promotions would be launch from time to time.


What if I don't like what I just bought, or it doesn't fit?


Once items were mailed out, there will be no changes or refund unless there's an error in the item you received (E.g. Wrong color). So do confirm your purchases before ordering.
